About me

Hi, I’m Becky — an ICF Associate Certified Coach, helping busy minds to slow down, reconnect, and grow with clarity, purpose and joy.

My own journey began with a degree in Psychology from Nottingham University, followed by teacher training at Cambridge University. After 14 years teaching A-Level psychology, I became a Leaving Care Worker, supporting young people as they navigate life beyond the care system.

This work gave me invaluable experience in guiding others through challenges, and becoming an accredited life coach felt like a natural next step.

I live in beautiful North Yorkshire with my husband and our two teenage children, one of whom has ADHD.

Life can sometimes feel busy and overwhelming, leaving little time to pause and catch your breath. Life or wellbeing coaching gives you the space to step back, reflect, and reconnect with what really matters to you. It’s a chance to find clarity, direction, renewed energy — and to rediscover a sense of joy, especially if you’re feeling stuck, drained, or on the edge of burnout.

Alongside practical coaching techniques, I can also share simple nervous system regulation tools to support your wellbeing. These can be woven into our work if you choose, helping you feel calmer, more resilient, and better equipped to handle life’s challenges. Whether or not you use them, coaching is always tailored to you — giving you the space and support to move forward with confidence and ease

"I highly recommend Becky as a coach. If you're looking for someone who is compassionate, insightful, and dedicated to helping you grow, she is the perfect choice."

Do you have ADHD, are you waiting to be assessed, or think you may have ADHD? If so, you may be feeling overwhelmed, unfocused and unsure of where to start. ADHD coaching can help you to navigate these challenges with tailored strategies that work for you.

I create a safe space, where you can be open and honest about the challenges that you face. Together, we look at how executive functioning differences impact your life and develop tailored, practical strategies to support you. My aim is always to help you to identify your unique strengths and turn your ADHD into an asset, not a barrier.

Coaching for parents of children with ADHD offers practical strategies to improve communication, set effective routines, and manage issues in a positive and structured way. I can help you to build confidence, reduce stress, and develop a deeper understanding of ADHD, fostering a more supportive environment for your child and for the family as a whole.

Through coaching, you can learn to advocate more effectively for your child's needs and create a more balanced, harmonious home life.

I have particular expertise in coaching young people, including those with experience of care. For 14 years I was a sixth form teacher and pastoral tutor, and for five years I have been a Leaving Care Worker, supporting care-leavers aged 16-25.

I have the experience and understanding to help you with the range of challenges faced by all young people, including managing day-to-day organisation, coping with periods of transition, making major educational and career decisions, and navigating financial and living arrangements.

I work with all ages from 12 upwards. I am fully DBS-checked (available to view upon request.)
